Publicproperty gives National exposure to your property and advertising. The Following Advertising costs are applicable. Listing your Property A) Private Listings Your property will be displayed for 180 days on the website for free. You can add you Property's photo on the front page for only R500.00 It will stay there for 6 months. B) Agent Listings Agents can list individualy or under there principles. Property listed by agents will be on the site for 180 days. Cost: Free You can list as many properties as you like. But we only allow 6 Property Pictures under the free option. If you don't register you will only be allowed to advertise one Property. If we do find more than one property under your name all your listing preveleges will be ended. Other Advertising C) Bottom Banner Your Banner is displayed at the bottom of all the pages Banner size: 292px X 60px Cost: R200.00 per month D) Left And Right Thumpnails Any body can add their Logo The thumbnail advert displayed on the left or righthand side of all pages. If you have a web site (URL), the image will be linked to your website(image). Only eight thumpnails can be displayed. This increases the focus your advert receives. Cost: R200.00 per month or exchange site banners. E) Link to your website Listed under HotLinks. Image/Banner size: 100px X 100px (Not.gif file) Your name, email address, URL, description of your services as well as a image (logo) will be displayed. Cost: R100 per year or exchange banners Free.
